The career disourse's use of the word film is in the context of creating a film. The act of editing and manipulating preexisting film footage to create a story.
Family Discourse
In my family discourse, the use of film can be seen in the pictures of all the places we've been. Like the "film" in the career discourse, our pictures also tell a story, but not in the same way. It chonicles our lives and shows others what we've seen.
Entertainment Discourse
Similar to the career discourse's definition of film, the entertainment discourse uses it in the context of a movie. The movie in question, Alien, is the film I talk about and relate it's effects on me 
and how it has influenced my views of movies.
Community Discourse
My community discourse doesn't really cite an instances of the word film, but being a worker in the restaurant business, I've seen many films on dirty plates and silverware. It's a metaphor for the dirtiness and messiness of the restaurant business hidden by a 
mask of cleanliness.
